The villa is located in the luxurious 5***** resort Eden Island (Mahé island), which has its own private beaches, port, pools, bars and restaurants, fit centres, tennis courts, playgrounds and shopping centre.
Located on one of the point of the Eden Island, the villa offers an outdoor pool with views of the Indian Ocean and access to the spa, gym house and tennis court.
This stylish and elegantly decorated, self-catering 3-bedroom villa features a furnished terrace with a BBQ area and with a lounge and dining area, as well as a modern fully equipped kitchen. Extras include flat-screen TV, dishwasher and a safe.
At the villa you will find a private beach area and activities in the surrounding area include fishing, diving and windsurfing. An array of restaurants and shops can be found within 600 m at Eden Plaza.
Free Wi-Fi and private parking is available on site. Victoria is within 6 km and the Seychelles International Airport is located 7 km away.

VILLA DESCRIPTION:
One-floor villa/house with private swimming pool is located, built in colonial style, comprises a private garden and a pool in front the villa for the guests.
It is a 03-bedroom villa with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious living room and sheltered terrace.
The Master bedroom is situated on the first floor with King size double bed- Extra-long beds (> 6.5 ft.), and a complete bathroom with bath tub and shower together with a large balcony with interesting views over the turquoise lagoon and the nearby Ilots/Islands

The terrace with the area of 75 m² is furnished with outdoor furniture for dining, deckchairs and a grill. Incredible views of the turquoise sea or the garden in combination with comfortable outdoor equipment make the terrace enjoyable place to spend the time on.
Pleasantly furnished spacious 3 bedrooms with a balcony and terrace, double bed, en suit bathroom with a shower and a separate lavatory, provide comfort and privacy to everyone.
Kitchen with a bar desk and dining area is joined with a living room which leads to the terrace through the glass door.
The cozy interior makes the stay inside the villa pleasurable.
A private swimming is located just in front the villa for guest.
KITCHEN:
Modern, spacious kitchen is equipped with basic kitchen utensils for dining of 6 persons, tools for meal preparation, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, cooker, oven, kettle, washing machine, and a tumble drier.
The kitchen is separated from dining area by a bar, where 03 persons can enjoy their drinks
DINING AREA:
Massive table for 6 persons is placed in the area between the kitchen and large living room.
LIVING ROOM:
Since the living room is connected with the spacious terrace, fitted with nice and comfortable furnishing, it is retreat for the visitors desiring peace and quiet. There are comfortable sofas, coffee table and LCD TV all that set in a nice, cozy style.
TERRACE WITH GRILL:
The most popular place in the villa is the large-sized roofed terrace with an incredible turquoise sea view or the garden view. The roofing provides pleasant rest in the shade and the large table which seats 6 persons enables the guests to dine on the terrace. Comfortable deckchairs are intended for rest and lazing around.
Gas grill on the terrace makes barbecue at this wonderful place even more amazing.
BEDROOMS:
The villa includes 3 bedrooms of decent size, each of them equipped with beds for two persons. All three of them are fitted with a double bed in it. Each of the bedrooms has en suite bathroom with a shower and a separate lavatory, balcony, room wardrobe, dressing table with a chair and a lamp.

BATHROOMS:
Each of the three bathrooms is equipped with a large glass shower, one or two washbasins and separate lavatory with a bidet.

AIR- CONDITIONING:
The villa with private pool is fully air-conditioned; there is a ceiling fan as well. Since the air-conditioning works under certain conditions (closed windows) ceiling fans are frequently used.
